We’re proud to offer a vital service to those who may feel socially isolated, live with conditions including memory loss, or are frail and less able to get around.
It’s an accepted fact that socialising, re-kindling old friendships, making new ones, and taking part in recreational activities can prove a real boost to the quality of life of older people encompassing the relationship-centred ethos.
We provide a variety of both stimulating and fun activities that change weekly. We hold regular sessions of gentle exercise, craft work, games and music and have our own patio and small garden area where members enjoy those sunny summer days.
Each day members are served a hot, two-course lunch and are encouraged to drink regular refreshments throughout the day.
